TOO MUCH, TOO SOON, TOO FAST
Running injuries are very common and usually can be tracked to a few causes: too much, too soon, and too fast. When we add running into our weekly routine we run the risk of not letting our bodies adapt to the stresses that we place on our bodies. Also, many people just don't run with "good running mechanics". This can lead to many of the common running injuries that we listed below. So, if you are new to running or have been running for ages but have aches or pains then we can help you. Physical therapy is clinically proven to help relieve your pain, restore your motion and improve your strength so you don't have to have an injection, use medication or have a surgery.
