HOW COMMON IS SHOULDER PAIN?
Shoulder pain is a very common injury usually comprising of the rotator cuff. It is not just for athletes and isn't always a result of a serious accident. In fact, many shoulder injuries are from years of use or overuse or poor posture.

The rotator cuff is a capsule and muscles with fused tendons that support the arm and allow us a high degree of mobility. However, this mobility comes at a cost: high mobility means low stability. The muscles of the rotator cuff provide the stability and are often get hurt, aggravated or torn. It is important to seek attention if you start to get shoulder pain as this can worsen and lead to bigger injuries and more time away your favorite activities.
